It's impossible to continue the phone call on bluetooth so I always end up turning it off mid-call and putting the phone to my ear. However that technician never materialised on the date and time they said (he's probably furloughed!) so I'm not quite sure what to do now. I've spoken to Samsung support and they haven't heard the problem before and could only offer to send out a technician to investigate. The problem is only with phone calls and only through bluetooth devices. However I can play music through the same bluetooth devices with no issues at all. I've had my Galaxy S10e for quite a few months now and overall been very happy with it but in the last few weeks whenever I make or take a phone call through a bluetooth device (such as my Plantronics headset or car) the call quality breaks up and goes fuzzy and crackly shortly into the call.
